“Judy Winslow” was the youngest daughter of the Winslow family of Family Matters – the popular sitcom that ran on ABC from1989–1998 and gave us “Steve Urkel.”   Family Matters was a spin-off of Perfect Strangers, revolving around a middle-class African American family living in Chicago.

Jaimee Foxworth played “Judy” for four seasons, but was last seen heading upstairs and never come back.  As an inside joke later on in the show, someone asked where she was, and Harriette replied, “she is upstairs cleaning her room”.   Too bad this was not true because Foxworth went on to become “Crave” in highly acclaimed films “Hot Girlz”, “More Black Dirty Debutantes 30″ and “My Baby Got Back 29″ – then appeared on Season 1 of Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab for a marijuana addiction.

*shaking head* Judy, Judy, Judy.  Judy Winslow Unsolved Mystery.
